The 24-month Earn & Learn program is designed to support the transition from university to general dental practice, combining hands-on clinical experience with structured mentoring and professional development.
A supported start to your dental career
Starting your career as a dentist is an exciting step, but there's a lot to learn beyond university.
Our Graduate Development Program provides a clear pathway for building clinical skills, confidence and independence over two years.
Graduates begin treating patients from day one, with regular mentoring from our experienced dentists. Clinical responsibilities increase progressively as skills and confidence develop, with a strong focus on patient safety and quality care.
The program includes:
Structured mentoring, case discussions and regular reviews.
Experience across general dentistry, with opportunities to develop more advanced clinical skills.
Access to modern dental technology, including CBCT imaging, iTero scanning, CEREC and 3D printing.
Opportunities for further education and development in selected areas of dentistry.
The full-time position offers a base salary of $130,000 per year plus superannuation, with potential access to relocation assistance and professional development funding, subject to eligibility and approval.
